Spend a few minutes taking notes on sensory details, observed since the last lesson, that are associated with different times of day.  If you've already done this, you can reread your notes and decide if there's anything you want to add.

-------
EXAMPLE:

- early morning: sky pale but trees in the courtyard still dark, birds twittering

- twelve: clattering from neighbors' kitchens, smell of stewed meat and garlic

- two o'clock: children in school uniforms walking home for lunch

- evening: street lights tI  urn on, children playing soccer in plaza
-------

In early morning, it is so silent that I can hear my blood coursing through my veins

As the neighborhood comes awake, I hear the chattering of the squirrel, who is my cat's best buddy

I hear the bluebirds singing their song, just outside my window

I hear the electronics of my wheelchair as I go to the kitchen to start my day

Feeding cats first: I hearing them meowing

Next I make coffee, which smells like heaven, and I awake to another day

I listen to my devotion, and feel my heart getting full of the Holy Spirit, who guides me through the day

I am grateful
